Use:Any accredited Cosmetology school
Eligibility:
  • Applicant must plan to pursue a Cosmetology Degree.
  • Applicant must demonstrate financial need
  • Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
  • Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
Special Requirements:
  • Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.

Selection:Scholarship Recomendations will be made by the JARSS scholarship committee. Final selection will be made by the Hillsborough Education Foundation.
