| Eligibility: |
- Applicant must be eligible for free & reduced lunch
- Applicant must be in the 8th or 9th grade
- Applicant must demonstrate community service volunteer activities
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5
- Applicant must particpate in at least one season of an outdoor team sport. This participation can include recreational leagues not affiliated with a school.

- Proof of Income is required upon selection into program
- Must provide copy of Social Security card upon selection for scholarship
- Must agree to meet with a mentor once a week at your school site
- Must sign an agreement to stay in school while remaining drug and crime free

Final selection will be made by the Hillsborough Education Foundation. |
