  • Applicant must attend Hillsborough High School
  • Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
  • Applicant must have a minimum of 25 hours of Community Service
  • Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
  • Applicant must plan to attend University of Florida
  • Financial need considered but not required
Special Requirements:
  • Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.

Selection:Scholarship recommendation made by the Billy Turney Foundation. Final selection will be made by the Hillsborugh Education Foundation
