- Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.
- Personal Statement must reflect your love and passion for baseball and the name of the team.
- One letter of recommendation must be from a baseball coach and must address sportsmanship
