- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.0
- Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
- Applicant may be a graduating Hillsborough County Public Schools senior who will attend Brewster or Erwin Technical Center OR a current Brewster or Erwin Technical Center student who will continue to attend.
- Applicant must have a serious disability
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.0
- Applicant must have a serious disability

Applicants must enroll upon high school graduation or continue at Brewster or Erwin Technical Centers- Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.
- Qualified Disabilities:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Muscular Dystrophy
- Spinal Cord Injuries
- Amputations
- Congenital missing or shortened limbs
- Multiple Sclerosis
- Profoundly Deaf
- Blind
- Various forms of cancer
- Other illnesses, diseases or conditions that severely impair mobility or motor skills
- Any condition that permanently places the student in a wheelchair
- Documentation of physical challenge required
