- Applicant must enroll in a 2 or 4 year college or university
- Applicant 's parent must be an employee of the Hillsborough County Public Schools
- Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
- Applicant must demonstrate a record of community service, school involvement, leadership and high moral and ethical character
- Applicant must enroll in a 2 or 4 year college or university
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0

| Special Requirements: |
- Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.
