Use:Open to Middleton High School graduates whose parent, step-parent, grandparent, aunt or uncle graduated from George S. Middleton Senior High School
Eligibility:
  • Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.75
  • Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
  • Applicant must attend Middleton High School
  • Applicant must demonstrate community service volunteer activities
  • Applicant must have a parent, step-parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle who graduated from George S. Middleton Senior High School
  • Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.75
  • Applicant must demonstrate community service volunteer activities
  • Applicant must attend Middleton High School
  • Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
Special Requirements: An Essay on "How have the contributions of the past teachers, administrators and alumni of Middleton High School (1934-1971) helped shape my perspective for the future?" (250 words or less) is required.
  • Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.
