- Applicant must have been in vocational agriculture program 2 years during 10-12 grade, and an active member of FFA
- Applicant must plan to attend Hillsborough Community College
- Applicant must attend Plant City or Durant High School
- Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
- Applicant must have a minimum of 25 hours of Community Service
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
- Applicant must plan a career in Agriculture, Veterinary or Horticulture
- Applicant must attend Plant City or Durant High School
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0
- Applicant must plan to attend Hillsborough Community College
- Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior

- Student must complete the FAFSA and a copy of the Students Financial Aid letter from the college/university they are planning to attend must be submitted after selection.
- Preference given to ROTC students and students whose parent(s) are active or retired military.
- Please include in your personal statement "Why is agriculture important to East Hillsborough county and explain What has been your involvement in the area of agriculture."
