- Applicant must demonstrate interest to study Education, Health Care, Political Science, Technology or related fields
- Applicant must be a resident of East Hillsborough County (Area East of McIntosh Road)
- Applicant must be a graduating High School Senior
- Applicant must have a minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5
- Applicant must attend Bethune Cookman College, University of South Florida, Hillsborough Community College or an accredited trade or technical school
- Applicant must have a minimum of 25 hours of Community Service
- Applicant must attend Bethune Cookman College, University of South Florida, Hillsborough Community College or an accredited trade or technical school
